Francesc Condal is a Catalan chef based in St Albans, he was born just outside Barcelona. After doing 5 years of cookery school he then trained and worked with chefs like Joan Pique, Nanu Jubany, Joan Roca and Jordi Roca all with several Michelin stars.
After a summer season in Mallorca, he decided to moved to London in 2005 to learn english.
Years later after working for restaurants like Odette's, The Lord Stanley and catering like Urban Caprice from The Caprice Holdings, Absolute Taste McLaren F1 Race Team, Gordon Ramsey, etc he decided to start his own business of private chef/caterer in 2009. Has cooked for all sort of celebrities and not so famous clients who appreciate good quality food. We offer best of both British and Catalan/Spanish flavours but also a worldwide range of cuisine. We aim to use the best local quality ingredients such as meat from Hedges Farm, fish from Stickleback Fish mongers and UK local seasonal vegetables, charcuterie made in London from Cobble Lane Cured. Other ingredients have to come from abroad like the Extra Virgin olive oil, the Iberico pork, etc.
