Francesc Condal is a Catalan chef based in St Albans, . After training as a chef with some of the best restaurants & Hotels in Catalonia like the Roca Brothers, Can Jubany, Mas de Torrent with Joan Pique, etc moved to London in 2005 to learn english for a few months. After working for restaurants like Odette's, Urban Caprice, Absolute Taste, Gordon Ramsey, McLaren his own business of private chef/caterer in 2009. Has cooked for all sort celebrities around the world as a private chef.
After living for a few years between Ibiza & London he stablished himself in St.Albans just before Covid while opening a restaurant in Watford for a private client. We now offer all sort of curated catering events in St.Albans and Herefordshire area, from Fine dining, Canapés, BBQ's, Paella, Bowl food, Birthday parties, Farm to Table experience, etc
We offer best of both British and Catalan/Spanish flavours but also a worldwide range of cuisine. We aim to use the best local quality ingredients such as meat from Hedges Farm, fish from Stickleback Fish mongers and UK local seasonal vegetables, charcuterie made in London from Cobble Lane Cured. Other ingredients have to come from abroad like the Extra Virgin olive oil, the Iberico pork, etc.
